- We offer exchange within 3 (Three) days of your purchase. No refund is applicable.
- Exchange should be made within 3 (Three) days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.
- You can only exchange your product within same design & same or above price. No return & refund is applicable.
- Returned item for exchange purpose, must be in same condition what we will deliver to you. No refund is applicable.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Customer should bear the exchange charge. exchange charge (Inside Dhaka Metro 150, outside Dhaka 200).
- Please check the product properly in presence of delivery person. Raising any issue, no return will be accepted after that.
- But still If you find any error on our product or because it is damaged or defective during checking in-front of delivery person, please, return it to the delivery person [Valid proof needs to show in that case]. Delivery charge is not payable in that case.
